Sometimes I wonder

...why OB/GYNs get paid so much money to come into a room, for less than five minutes, and say

"Your blood pressure is great, your weight is great, see you next week!"

(okay, I realize that they do more than that. They have to deliver a baby in several different ways (c-section, vaginally, breech, posteriorally, anteriorally...all that stuff), how to handle emergency situations, and even resuscitate babies -- maybe even moms, and probably a whole lot of other things...but today that's basically how my appointment went, and it just made me laugh. I was glad to be in and out of there so quickly though! I really do like my doctor, a lot. I recommend Dr. Judd to everyone! Well, you know, the like one or two of my friends that are pregnant).
